Here at gateadapter.com we ship with the United States Postal Service.  We send our orders out Priority Mail at a flat rate.  Average shipping time within the continental US is 4-5 business days.  Your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving the order.  Unless you pay by check, then your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared.  We charge a $3.00 handling fee which is added into the postage cost.

   Gateadapter.com assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of such fees will be applied to the customer credit card used on the original order.

   We reserve the right to charge the customer any costs incurred in changing the shipping address on an order after the package is in transit. A minimum fee of $5.00 will be charged for address corrections.

   If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal, even if the order is placed during a free shipping or other special promotion. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.

RETURN POLICY

Gateadapter.com offers a full refund within 14 days of the purchase of your EZ-Fit Gate Adapter should it not provide the solution to your situation.  The adapter must be returned in its orginal packaging with no damage to the product and its contents, along with a copy of the sales receipt, to receive the full refund less the shipping costs.  The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser.  The EZ-Fit Gate Adapter also comes along with a one year manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing or material defects.  This would be handled as an even exchange with the product. Should you paint the product it will void the manufacturer warranty. Once again, be sure to mail in with your receipt.  The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges.
